The Mill - Reservar una mesa

While our room was changed to accommodate my friend that was prob the only positive we could say. On arrival we decided to use spa while waiting on our room. The pool was freezing(I do open sea swimming so that's saying something). The jacuzzi steps were very steep extremely hard to master even for myself who is quite fit extremely mobile. My friend unfortunately slipped while getting out hurting her knee no one even came over to assist or see if she was OK.restaurant staff abrupt when ordering evening meal. My meal was could bull the chicken was slightly pink at end both meats were cold. When asked if everything was OK I said no explained why all I got as a response was oh sorry to hear tha...

I didn't have an overnight stay but booked venue for reception after my mums cremation yesterday gir people. I have never seen such a skimpy, meagre spread for per head. It was scones and pastry as it was an am service. What was provided was worth about max. Guy pouring coffee def needed training as it was literally thrown into the cups. Didn't complain at time as we were too emotional but will get doing so. Could have taken all those attending elsewhere and had a great cooked breakfast for less. Also the scones weren't fresh. I am more than annoyed so will definitely be complaining .

El nivel del servicio fue excelente y la comida muy buena. El personal era muy amable y atento sin entrometerse. La música de piano en vivo fue un toque encantador y muy agradable. La única crítica que tengo es que la decoración general y los muebles parecían viejos y anticuados. La iluminación era demasiado brillante en el restaurante y esto le quitó el ambiente. A pesar de esto recomendaría este restaurante por la comida y el gran nivel de servicio.

Staff were lovely and food was very nice. Had booked an early check-in (for an extra only to arrive and find no room ready, or any record of my request, so ended up not been able to check-in until after the event I was attending. Then when I finally got to the room the carpet was dirty and one of the light fittings didn't work. Doesn't come close to star standard in my opinion.

La comida y el servicio fueron fantásticos. El restaurante estaba muy lleno, pero la calidad del servicio fue excelente. No esperábamos mucho para la comida y los camareros siempre tenían una sonrisa.
