The Monkey Puzzle

this place is beautiful! my partner and I came to dinner before a show in the city center; we had seen the monkey puzzle from our hotel over the street and decided to try it. I had the pleasure of securing a table on a Saturday night when I was only arranging a few hours earlier and talking to a very friendly employee. the interieur is very cozy and beautifully looked with all Christmas garlands and lights. the blonde lady who served us was so beautiful, and we immediately felt comfortable and welcome. eating was delicious, serving generous. total value and a Fab experience! I would recommend the monkey puzzle if they are in this part of london!

we were looking for a simple pub menu in this opposite before we went to a show. this was a good choice- very welcoming and efficient service. many locals enjoy the sunny afternoon on the terrace. my fish and chips were delicious and the house wine surprisingly good. my partner also enjoyed his bark cake.

Fun place, cozy atmosphere, great service, really nice choice of foods and GREAT dessert (that hot cookie dough with ice cream was amazing!! And Gary (the Chief Bottle Washer, according to his business card) offered to email us the recipe can’t wait). Strongly recommend for a great pub experience
