we walked in, they tell us the bar will take our order so were standing there for 20 minutes and no ones taken our order, so i sit down with my mother and the bartender immediately comes up to us and asks for my id when i was just asking for fried calamari? says i cant sit at the bar if im under 21 as my mom goes to show her id, i got up since she said i cant sit there and my moms just stuck there waiting again, she ignores us completely when we just wanted an order of fried calamari then we just left after sotting there for 35 minutes with zero useful service
What can you say about the Narragansett! Good food, reasonable prices in a town where that is rare, great service from a friendly staff and the atmosphere, well, it's old school, just like it was 50 years ago. If you are looking for the upscale Jamestown touristy vibe there are other choices, but if you want a good meal at off-Island prices without a lot of glitz then give the Narragansett a go.
I have to say, I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The service was outstanding, and both the food and drinks were excellent and very reasonably priced. I had a great experience during my visit. I went for lunch with my 5-year-old, and the food was enjoyable. The nachos had a bit too much greenery on top, but other than that, I have no complaints. The waitress was friendly, and my son enjoyed looking at some lovely paintings.

We really enjoyed our meal at Eat! We both had the Greek salad with grilled chicken, which was delicious. The draft beer was refreshing and perfectly cold. We definitely plan to return before the holiday ends. The service was a bit slow, but the staff were friendly.
Don’t order food!! It’s beyond horrible and overpriced for how bad it is. The cook staff clearly doesn’t care. The same goes for drinks! Not well done and over priced. So go to listen to the music and stick with beer and you will have a good time.

This trendy dive bar has a fantastic vibe. I tried the chili, and I highly recommend it! It's an enjoyable spot to check out.

This place is primarily a bar with a restaurant vibe! The calamari, fish and chips, and lobster roll were fantastic!
