Awful experience at New Dynasty tonight. Our food was ordered at 6:20 to be delivered at 7 and didn’t arrive until 7:40. Didn’t receive a phone call to explain it was going to be late and when it arrived it all had to be microwaved. The worst part was the customer service we received over the phone; unhelpful, rude and totally unprofessional. Wouldn’t offer a refund until we tried every item in the bag to make sure they were all cold! After an 11 minute phone call we were eventually offered 20% off our order. Will definitely never eat from here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either. Hugely disappointing.
Recently became a regular visitor to New Dynasty and enjoy sitting in. The customer service delivered by Elaine and Siobhan is exceptional. They are always very helpful and friendly each and every time. The food is cooked in an open kitchen, looks great and always tastes delicious. Standards are consistent whether you sit in or take away. Great food at great prices Definitely worth a visit!
After being told our order would be ready in 45 minutes, we went and picked up our other food order elsewhere. When we returned about 50 minutes later, we were informed it would be another 45 minutes. It was incredibly frustrating as they should have accurately estimated the timing. We will not be returning as customers.
my fav chinese in magherafelt,lovely food,very friendly staff.This is the only chinese i go to in my area.A few times i asked for coke zero they didn't have it but now stock up on my favorite drink.really can't fault the place.The girls behind the counter are very friendly to even when busy

Very disappointing carry out meal. If honest most of the contents were given to the dog. This has declined since change of name. Smaller portions. Tasted awful was not warm enough. When i contacted to complain they were not helpful. Will not be eating here again.
The food at this restaurant in Magherafelt is absolutely fantastic - the best in town! The young girl who works behind the counter is always friendly and kind when we visit. I highly recommend this place.
I always used this takeaway at the weekend, but now I would not go back its has went down hill something shocking. the last 2 times I got out of here, the dog had to eat it as I could not eat it.
The food at this Chinese restaurant in Magherafelt is decent, but it is the priciest option in town. It is convenient that they also open for lunch.

Great spot, foods always top class. Would recommend New Dynasty to anyone. They have a brilliant range of gluten free dishes.
