I had a lovely breakfast at The New Uptown Cafe. The cost per person was between $10 and $20, which is quite affordable. I would somewhat recommend it to vegetarians, though I'm uncertain about their vegetarian menu options. One downside was the challenge of finding parking, as it's primarily paid street parking. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit!
