The customer service here was terrible. I visited the restaurant with my service dog, and the staff member informed me that only service dogs were allowed. I assured her that my dog was indeed a service animal and had the necessary paperwork with me. When I asked if we could choose our table or if someone would seat us, the waitress told me to sit wherever I wanted. I picked a table in the corner, but a minute later, she returned to say that the owner had said we could not sit there. Been coming here for years but this time was a lil disappointing, We have ordered Falfel and it was served kinda cold, Hummus Fetta with steak (not ground beef) and it was really bland so we asked for a sauce to spicy it up but the sauce wasn’t too saucy. Shaweram was also decent. We waited for our server to bring us the check but she was busy arguing with Another server for a while. We all adore this place and would hate to see it failing.

They put the food on the table before utensils or water, the bread was more than a day old cold, had to take back to bar warmed, was breaking apart, the falafel was very dry, they didn’t offer any kind of sauces to smooth it out, you could easily choke on it, service very poor, probably because people didn’t tip well, it was disappointing, I was about to walk out without touching the food, very unappetizing atmosphere,

Authentic Palestinian food. Shawarma and and falafel sandwiches taste like they do in Ramallah. Service was quick and the staff were friendly too. Highly recommend. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great food, fast service, and reasonable prices. A bit crowded sometimes due to place being not too big.
