Off on another trip to the Eastern Edge of the Annapolis Valley today we stopped at this place we have just viewed from the road on the way past. Today we wanted to try it and we did. The hostess greeted us in the throw back building ...with an eclectic mix of furniture, including a church bench with pillows to add a touch of comfort. The menu is right there --in front of you - on the blackboard and the writing is very good. Still this is a homemade pasta and noodle restaurant and so you need advice beyond the board! Got it!!! The staff in here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Our greeter wore a fabulous black hat and it looked great on her! After taking some much needed advice I tried t...

My spouse and I have eaten in and taken out from The Noodle Guy many times during the last several years. Overall, everything is excellent. The ambience, in a well preserved heritage building, is especially appealing. The location is handy, in Port Williams a short distance north of Hwy 101, directly beside Hwy 358 (immediately north of the river). The meals are prepared fresh from local ingredients by the owner-chef and his crew. We are vegetarians, so our favourites are Soba Noodles, spicy (these are adjusted to the customers' taste), and Cheese Ravioli with onions (made with Quark cheese from the local Fox Hill Cheese House—another great place to visit). An added bonus (in terms of atmosp...

My mum and I stopped in on Friday for lunch after having heard so many great things about The Noodle Guy - and as pasta lovers, we knew we had to fit it in to our trip. Such a great space with an awesome vibe, staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful! We were impressed long before we even got the food! We both had the ravioli, and the noodles were so fresh and delicious, stuffed with mushrooms and cooked simply in garlic, chive and butter sauce - best dish of ravioli (or pasta) we have ever had! Cannot say enough good things about this restaurant, we will be back!

Conveniently located by the main road in Port Williams. Our first trip there yesterday and I guarantee that well be back again. It's a friendly, feel good kinda place. The food is all fresh and very delicious, the soba noodles are from heaven, I believe. We had a strawberry/chocolate bread pudding for dessert that was so texture unique and so delicious I can't stop thinking about it. Thanks for serving such great food!Plenty of parking close to the restaurant. Restaurant is not wheelchair accessible.

Wow what a nice surprise to stop her for lunch. This place is a hidden gem for sure. From the outside it looks like nothing. Walk inside to a funky and hip causal atmosphere with rustic style seating. Chalk Board Menus and open kitchen. The food as from the name is predominately noodle based. Most of which along with other ingredients are made on site. Lots of local micro brew and winery drinks too. For a real treat go here and enjoy.

We were impressed by the Trip Advisor reviews, so we stopped here for an early dinner. With a name like "the Noodle Guy" we expected the pasta to be great. I had the shells with meat sauce, the shells were too thick and did not appear to be home made.

I adore the quirky and rustic wooden interior, as well as the laid-back, communal table atmosphere of this restaurant. The pasta dishes, priced at 10 or 12 dollars, are delicious as well.

The food was excellent and reasonably priced. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and enjoyed delicious bowls of fresh pasta, along with great service, local beer, and live music.

OMG you have to go here. We were visiting from Halifax for the day and were excited to finally try this place.
