Love this restaurant! It has a very homey feel, they make you feel very welcome when you walk in the door. We come here a few times a month and enjoy everything we've ordered. Their portions are GENEROUS and prices are affordable. One week, I ordered the seafood fra and they give you an option of spice level. I have a fairly high tolerance for spice so I ordered it medium a word of advice its HOT, but it was very tasty! The server noticed I was struggling a little and offered for them to remake it, but I told her it was fine! Bc it tasted so great. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. They are usually not open for lunch but they hosted my family after a funeral for my fiance's grandmother. We had a comfy private room that seated about forty people. There was hot coffee and soft drinks for us to take at our leisure. The chef prepared a buffet for us and it was amazing. There was a house salad, eggplant parmesan, chicken french, greens beans, and ziti. It was pure perfect Italian food. I was obsessed with the eggplant parmesan and even got seconds of it. It was a perfect place to meet up with old friends and enjoy company after a day of celebrating one's life. Thank you so much Northside Inn.

For years, we have been celebrating holidays, birthdays and just enjoyable evenings at the Northside Inn. The past two Christmas Eves because of COVID we have had to have our family celebrations in our separate homes. The 24 of us order our special meals and it is remarkable how hot and delicious they are while the family communicates on Zoom. Special menu items are the Chicken parm with their salad. Of special note is the Chicken Livers Fra Divalo. The best around. Thanks to the chefs (Dennis and Don) for preparing such an excellent table for us at home. PS The soups are superb as are the freshly baked loaves of bread. May you enjoy as much as we have.

You cannot beat these prices for the amount of food you get! The food may not be 5 star Italian but it tastes great! I have been here multiple times and there hasn't been a reason that has ever steered me from not coming back! The inside is a little out dated but you get a family owned business feel from it. Lastly, the staff are always super friendly!

A fixture and a family of East Rochester! Have always loved their food, and as importantly, their generosity in the community. They support the Arts and other organizations. They gave even when business had slowed due to Covid, and when we most needed fundraising for our Nutcracker with the New York State Ballet. Many thanks Northside Inn!

Not seated for an hour an half after reservations. Ran out of some of the specials. Sauce was way too sweet. Chicken parmigiana looked like it was pounded out to look like flounder. All in all not a great experience

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner at Northside Inn today. The service was great, the food outstanding (as always) and leftovers to take home. Great job Northside Inn Staff.

Family owned, friendly staff, great atmosphere. Highly recommend the vegetable lasagna and the chicken french. Can’t go wrong anywhere on the menu.

What a spectacular meal served with care. The stuffed manicotti are amazing and always save room for dessert. Definitely recommend!
