Very nice location. Especially in Winter when it's dark outside. Feels like sitting in a lush garden. There is just one menu. Either with 7 dishes or with 5. Besides the menu we were served three different amuse bouches. Each and every dish was very nicely arranged. With many different and often surprising tastes, such as tobacco, black algae, and many others. Products are whenever possible home-grown or from local producers. If you wish so, the sommelier, serves fitting wines to every dish. We spent almost 4 hours discovering new tastes. Slow food at its best.
