“The NY Pizza Place”, formerly known Manhattan Joe’s is located in Mission Bay Plaza. It is a cozy pizza shop that offers a simple one-page menu. You won't find any soup or eggplant on the menu; however, they serve basic pizzas, subs, calzones, wings, pasta, chicken parm, a few different salads, and you can even order pizza by the slice. The slices are generously sized, and the pizzas are competently made using basic steel deck ovens. Rachel ordered a half meatball sub which was decent.
