I...idk what to say. The first time I had food here at the bar, it was 5 stars. The last 2 times, it's been a solid eh. Got the Berkin cause I was feeling a little ballsy and wanted to try something different. This isn't to say I haven't anywhere else or any other time, but it's the first time I've had banana on a burger and fried! I wasn't impressed at all. The burger legit had ZERO flavor. Z. E. R. O. The bananas were bland, no sweetness to them. More like a fried plantain in blandness and legit zero peanut butter in my opinion. Great little place just off State Street. Loved the Carmine burger! Homemade tater tots are amazing. We had wing bites and the brisket sandwich that was on special. Outstanding! Service was really good too even though the place was absolutely packed. Interesting draft selection as well. This place has a permanent spot on our rotation.
The beer was excellent. It was a little noisy, mainly due to a few loud women nearby. The burger meat had an odd taste, almost as if it was a bit old. However, I really enjoy this place and plan to return, hoping for better burgers next time. The service was great—very friendly!
Terrible food. Terrible service. Seems like they change their recipes every day because you can order a dish one night then come back the next and get the same dish yet it looks and tastes completely different. Needs to be more organized and consistent with their dishes.

The owner is extremely rude ignorant. She took everyone's drink order at our table except mine, not once but 3xs. At the end of the night when I asked for my bill she was mad cause I didn't tip her ... really!!! She needs a lesson in hospitality!
The bearded guy behind the bar is the biggest Ahole going. Plays favorites, serves his pals first, while ignoring people right next to them. I guess his mommy is the owner, so he acts like dick toward people at times. F this place.

I only ordered the burgers with tater tots and they have never disappointed. Environment is cozy plus the staff is generally friendly. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Best libations in the Summit. Great food, atmosphere, and friendly staff. Try an old fashioned.
Great food. Service and ambience are also very good. Portions are sizable. Recommended highly.
