The food was excellent, as always. However, the service was quite slow; it took 25 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and the area we were seated in wasn't particularly busy. Additionally, there was a mix-up with our bills, and we were mistakenly charged for appetizers and meals we didn't order. The confusion with our bill arose from another table's order, but it was eventually resolved. As members, we look forward to visiting again soon, but we are concerned about the service.
a few minutes before the booked time (13.00 o'clock) and our booking was not on the tablet of the waiter, although confirmed that a few days earlier and confirmation come later on the afternoon and seemingly around 12.40 o'clock 19. oktober. there was also a table, not the best, but acceptable. they think we missed on free prosecco, as it was our jubilee, but despite everything it was a pleasant meal and a day in the zoo.
Location and venues were excellent and staff friendly and helpful. Food was excellent although rather slow. If wanting to continue around the zoo I suggest only one course as long waits between courses . Otherwise a really lovely experience and definitely recommend it.
Magda and the staff catered for our group of hearing and deaf adults brilliantly. It was all a bit complicated, but they were friendly and as helpful as possible. It was much appreciated, and my friend had a fantastic birthday. Reserva una mesa ahora
It was just average—nothing remarkable. The restaurant is situated in a lovely setting. The staff was polite, but they could benefit from being more confident when interacting with guests.
Gentlemen who was serving us was very attentive and helpful. Lunch was delicious and filling.
All good, never disappoints. A lovely interlude especially if it's raining!
