I have visited the restaurant Oar multiple times and have always had a positive experience. However, yesterday when I went for my birthday dinner during their prime rib night, I received the smallest piece of prime rib I have ever seen. The appetizers we ordered were also not as good as they usually are. I'm starting to wonder if they have a new chef or something.
Vanessa provided excellent service, being attentive but not overbearing, just like the busboys who were also very attentive. We even got asked if we wanted extra bread, which was a first for us.
The food was insane… We had steak and seafood and pasta… Hard to find a place that’s good at everything… Can’t wait to go back

Just a fun, lively place. Also in winter Crazy in summer. Good menu, big fish, Skill Shells the best
