The Old Bath Arms - Reserva de mesa

Not for families or vegan/vegetarians. We arrived early as our kids eat around 5pm. We came here based on reviews but really wish we hadn’t. The atmosphere is very claustrophobic. If there is even 1 loud group the whole area fills with the noise. With kids this was far from ideal and we had to move due to the language from a certain group (obviously not the restaurants fault). The food however took a very long time to arrive. I had to give my kids snacks and then chase the waiters to find out how much longer we needed to wait. The food looked great. Today was my first time having lunch with a friend at this restaurant. I enjoyed my meal, especially the vegetables that came separately. The roast potatoes were delicious and the chicken breast wrapped in bacon was cooked perfectly. I asked for the gravy on the side and although I didn't use much, it was served in a large aluminum dish. The staff was pleasant and the service was a 4 out of 5. The location also gets a 5 out of 5.

Wide variety of food available along with a good choice of drinks. Black Rock, steak on a stone was superb and highly recommended for meat lovers. Special lasagne was equally good according to Mrs C. Friendly, helpful staff in quirky surroundings makes for a good atmosphere and an altogether enjoyable experience. Thank you.

If you're visiting Longleat or visiting the area definitely try this place. Friendly staff and a fantastic pub with multiple rooms and an all season terrace. The food was immense and I was not prepared for the size of it. Definitely recommend. Service: 5 Reserva una mesa ahora
