I had to bring the dog here to visit my missus (Cabin crew) who flew to a stellar in gatwick. what an incredible surprise! we just wanted a dach, eat and somewhere the dog wouldn't be considered like an alien. a so sweeter place, everywhere immaculate, great love to detail...loving gastro food....not the best I had, but by a million miles not the worst, plus the price reflected this, it is very reasonable (also for a north.) the personal was incredibly acquiring. The cast iron bath was complete with champagne holders and the beer garden in the night. good value of £90.00 with breakfast

Seabass Nicoise Salad was great! Really enjoyed the meal, lovely people, quaint and special decor, happy to have a nice lunch there. I'd go back if I was in the area.

Great restaurant and hotel. Very English, very charming, very old, the food really excellent. The beds at the hotel are like home, super comfortable. We'll be back.

Small cosy pub, friendly efficient staff and the food was really lovely. The steak was cooked perfectly and well presented
