The Old Moat Garden Centre

an underrated space to stop for coffee and cake, then buy some plants for the garden. lunch or breakfast options are good. always happy to support their work instead of a large commercial outlet. the latest renovation adds a lot. the new walled garden is a great place to run around for a coffee with space for the children. good options for gluten-free and vegan. dog-friendly. recommended.

we come to the old moat about 2-3 times in the week we love it! the personal is always so friendly and eating in the caffe is beautiful. the additional bonus is that they are dog friendly....our 3 hours start crying as soon as we enter as they know that they always get a tasty and a warm recipe. it has such a community feel there and I would recommend it to everyone

we had an hour to kill on Sunday, sad we were not dressed for a muddy walk, so a look around this garden center that I must say was in the did, time well spent! many beautiful small pieces and pieces for the house and garden, gifts, ceramics, furniture etc. much parking in front of place, there is also a walled garden that we did not visit.

the old Moat Garden Centre is one of my favorite places. they have a garden part, shop and caf everyone is amazingly friendly, dogs are allowed and I can not recommend this place enough, because it is also a great charitable, the mental health supported love it
