We were greeted by the pleasant and smiling owner who led us to an outdoor table in the beautiful garden. All Covid precautions are well adhered to and in place. For starters we ordered the crispy pork belly with apple and black pudding crisps served on a fresh and crispy salad. My husband and I both agreed that this was the best ever crispy pork belly starter we have ever tasted and we have tried quite a few in the past. My Hubby turned and wanted to celebrate with friends. He wanted to celebrate with a lovely meal and what better place to go than the Old Orleton which is a minute walk from our house. There were of us planned. We apprached David a few months prior to the event and we met to discuss our requirements. We told him the sort of thing we wanted and we discussed a potential meal and drinks plan. He then sent us a menu that the chef had put together which was exactly the typle of thing we wanted. Stayed here for 2 nights. Staff were delightful, everyone looks happy to be here. The food was excellent! We had breakfast and dinner here during our stay. Try the traditional fish with really crispy batter with home made mushy peas and tartar sauce. The chips were the best ever..really big chunks of potatoes, crispy on the outside warm and fluffy on the inside! The twice cooked beef had lovely reviews from our colleagues. The location is 10 minutes away from Telford international for our seminar, not too far but enough to get you rested away from all the academic and scientific talks. The rooms were big and lovely. really nice place, easier access from the m54, but in a quiet location. olde worldw charme. great room immaculate clean, spa bath was amazing, dinner and restaurant very good. eating was not exaggerated, but as it was described on the menu, and it was so delicious and well presented. bar also very good. all in all an amazing place and one must seek to stay in this region. Lovely place. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food is cooked whilst you wait so fresh and HOT and no processed stuff either. ! The jacket potatoes and choice of fillings are fabulous. Best I have ever had. We have visited twice before over the past 3 years and we were not disappointed with our visit this time. Would highly recommend.

I was glad to see that the menu of the hotel offered me a selection of starters and main courses. eating was delicious and high quality. the hotel breakfast offered a vegan complete English breakfast and that was excellent, beaning, mushrooms, oash brews, vegan sausage and roasted brot plus toast with vegan butter.

booked a table in the old orleton last night for eating and drinks, greeted by the beautiful and friendly staff who was eating amazing and so well presented, few drinks in the cozy bar after, great atmosphere. highly recommended if they are looking for a beautiful and relaxing place.

would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel, our room was clean and tastefully decorated, my wife loved the four poster bed and spa bath. the staff was very friendly and helpful and eating was excellent, vegetarian and vegan options available. I'm sure you'll be back. Reserva una mesa ahora

impressed with the choice of the vegan options that were clearly marked. had vegan nachos as a common starter who were beautiful and then moved mountain burger with vegan halloumi and beetroot jam that was also very good. it was hard to decide what to do!

birthday dinner in restaurant. friendly staff, great menu, good wine card. will definitely return in the near future. would recommend this place to dinner.
