The Old Post Office

after 2. visit Edit: this time eating was much better and delivered immediately. will definitely be back as we really enjoyed each other! the staff was very friendly and helpful. a drink and a snack stopped. cider was decent and the pub is nice to sit, but eating took over 40 minutes to come, stone cold with burned tacos and chew tinten fish.

a good family dinner. good varied menu with the possibility of sunday roast. I lost my phone booking, but it didn't matter how there were reserve tables. Although it is advertised as a sports club, the television was quite inconspicuous at the place we had. useful if they are not in the foot or rugby and prefer a quiet family dinner.

This restaurant is similar to Wetherspoons, but not as budget-friendly when it comes to drinks. It's a great spot for sports fans with plenty of screens available. The food is decent, especially if you're just looking for some basic bar food.

Don't know whether Sunday menu is off permanently but it may well be worth taking it down off the website.

Standard high street sports bar. Good pint of West lager.
