The Old Station Restaurant

The manager was the most incompetent rude person imaginable in the hospitality industry. I’m sure the owner would be appalled If they saw how the manager and her staff treated people. There was a problem with seating so we requested to see the manager. As...soon as we did so, the server said that they would not seat us tonight. The manager agreed although she hadn’t witnessed the interaction which was perfectly polite. It’s hard to imagine that anybody could treat people so badly amd be this stupid.

We stopped in the Old Station restaurant in the late afternoon and had a wonderful meal! Fantastic service warm and friendly, and quick. We ordered two sandwiches, both on proper crusty baguette, with generously heaps of meat. The beef dip came with a zesty...horseradish sauce that perfectly offset the rich meat and jus. The cheesesteak was a daily special, with peppers and a delicious cheddar ale sauce. We will definitely return the next time we are in Bracebridge!!

You may have to wait a bit to get a table, but it's worth it. The service and food were amazing. I couldn't decide what to have and decided on the beet and bacon salad. Was not disappointed. We had people in our group...and everyone got something different and everyone enjoyed their meal! Unfortunately the prime rib was all done when we got there so my husband was a bit disappointed but enjoyed his burger instead!! Will just have to go back to try the prime rib!

We were back with friends for lunch at the Old Station Restaurant. We had an excellent time and enjoyed our meals very much. It was the first time we ate inside and it was very nice as well. They were good with the Covid protocols...and we felt good about eating there. Our server was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the prime rib beef dips a lot. Today my friends and I stopped by for a drink and dessert . This place couldn’t offer anything decent. Two types of cakes did not impressed us. A waiter offered to get a desserts in the ice cream shop across the street and come back...for a coffee with desserts. We came back and we’re not allowed!!! Unbelievable. Less then one star!!!

Stoped in here after paddleboarding was seeking a patio and not many options. Initially no tables for solo diner but hostess cleared one for me. Quinten took fabulous care of me an excellent server !! Delicious food reasonably priced! Will be back

EXCELLENT!! The options are endless, I will have to eat here more times to get through everything I want on the menu! The food is amazing and the service is so friendly! Highly recommend!!

smoked turkey on naan bread was amazing ....... red pepper soup was delish service was great ....... highly recommend!!!
