The food at this restaurant was truly delicious and beautifully presented. I had the sea trout, prawns, and creamy maize served in a bowl with roasted kale, which was full of flavor. My partner had the lamb, cooked perfectly to his liking. For dessert, I enjoyed the apricot bavarois with meringue, apricots, and ice cream, while my partner had the cheese board with a generous portion of three cheeses. A special touch was the roasted bread and creamy cheese butter served at our table. It was our wedding anniversary and we were thrilled to celebrate it at The Old Stocks. The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious, and the staff was very attentive.
The staff where excellent. The food was too notch and presented great. The wine lovely. Me and my wife loved it. We give it 10 from 10. Only point for an honest revue is choice on menu. I know friends or family that would have liked some more basic options.
So lovely to venture out and find this place. The staff were friendly and the food was so nice. I always rate a place on the food and toilets ????. Neither disappointed and I ended up buying the hand wash and lotion x2! ????????????????????????
We were lucky enough to get a table here on our first night in the village. The food was absolutely stunning, the cocktails were great and quite novel, and the servers were incredibly friendly. Highly recommend!

The restaurant was very welcoming with a great ambiance and good food which was well presented and cooked. The Banoffee Pie was to die for. Definitely would recommend as a great place to eat in Stow.
The food was delicious and the cocktails were amazing ! I think more background music might be helpful, the ambience was too quiet. Which is an issue when the restaurant isn't full
This was a wonderful experience, the staff was not overly intrusive. The food was exceptional and we will definitely be returning for more delicious meals.
excellent eating and variation of choice and very attractive ambiente with good service. will definitely go back next time when we travel to the cotswolds.
