I’ve always been a big fan of The Orange Peel. Today, I ordered a nutter butter without granola, but the cashier didn’t confirm my request, so I assumed they heard me. However, when my order arrived, it was a berry crème granola instead. Since I was on my way to work, I didn’t have time to ask for a replacement. I don’t want to be difficult, but I paid $10 for something I don’t like. Is there any way I could get a refund or receive the correct order for free?
The customer service at The Orange Peel was exceptional! The staff was exceptionally friendly and never fails to impress me with their service during each visit. However, they do appear to be somewhat overwhelmed, which raises some concerns. At times, the customer service can come across as a bit forced, perhaps due to management pressure. The smoothies are good, but I think management could do more to support their employees.
Cute little smoothie shop. They have great deals like the starving student card. My kids love the Bubble Tea Smoothies, they don't all have tea some are just smoothies and they have the little boba pearls. The decor is fun and happy. Some seating inside, a few tables and an umbrella outside too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Had clean restrooms. ??
I had a unique request, and despite the busy environment, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I was surprised by the short wait time! The cheerful team was a delight—it's always refreshing to engage with happy employees. We truly enjoyed the cure, Mr. Spok, and the pumpkin spice almond was equally delicious. I found the boba at The Orange Peel to be undercooked and quite hard, and it lacked sweetness. However, the smoothie itself was delicious! My sister even managed to stab the boba blindfolded, which definitely shows that the place has good vibes. The menu has some great options!
The Orange Peel is a really nice spot. When we went, there was a long line and many people, but since we weren’t in a hurry, we decided to wait. The smoothies were tasty, although the selection was somewhat limited. The woman at the cashier was very friendly.
My friend raved about this place I thought whatever, all smoothie places are pretty much the same?FALSE, these smoothies are freaking delicious!!! I got the Oahu Sunrise ginger it was so good I can?t stop thinking about it now that I?m home from my trip!

Without a doubt, this is the best restaurant in town! The high-quality, fresh ingredients not only result in incredibly delicious food, but they also leave you feeling great and healthy! I absolutely adore Orange Peel!
