Discovered in 2008, this pub is at the top of our list whenever we come to Edinburgh. The kitchen is opened every day serving fresh food with several delicious options: our two favourites are the fish’n chips and the burger. It is one of the only pubs we know where children are welcome: highchairs are available, and there is a dedicated menu for kids.
Very friendly service! We had a place without a reservation, but if you absolutely want to eat here, you might want to make a reservation because it is a very popular restaurant! Tasty cocktails, cozy atmosphere and a good price! Large portions and full of flavor! Recommended!
The food is good great atmosphere. Could do with a lick of paint. Still needs some paint didnt enjoy it this time steak pie was very sweet wont have food again . Still a great bar staff are nice not been for awhile
The steak pie and chips were spot on. The sticky pudding was incredible. Great pints to be had with fantastic service. This was our final dinner in Scotland and it will be fondly remembered. Reserva una mesa ahora
We enjoyed a wonderful lunch of seafood chowder... beautiful mussels and prawns. The menu is great, service friendly and cheerful.
The food here was very fresh and delicious. The waiter was great at recommending beers and giving tastings. Very attentive.
