I don't understand how this place has good reviews. The food was really bad. My grouper didn't taste fresh and was very dry. The bread had a woundy texture and it was unusable. The side of the Veggies were disappointing, they were clearly frozen, reheated and then reheated. The side of Mac and Cheese was fundamental. We ordered the Kalamari and it was good, but they barely gave us something and placed frits on the ground to take place. The frits were not even heated enough. Someone in my group also ordered the oysters and said they taste old and bad.
Rose met us earlier in the day as we walked by. Here enthusiastic personality made us come back for dinner. We watched Rose as directed some other patrons and then spotted us. She showed us to our table. Trish was our server and she was very attentive all through our visit. We had the shrimp and snow crab legs. Food was excellent and served very timely. our drinks were refilled very quickly also. Great place and great food. Rose even talked to us on our way out thanking us for coming.
On 12/9 around 7 pm I ordered oysters on the half shell. The restaurant should have been ashamed to serve them. The oysters were the size of a quarter in diameter and thickness. In fact, our waitress pointed out that I had left one uneaten because the fresh shell was hard to distinguish from the empty ones. The rest of the meal, the service and the atmosphere were good as usual, but the oysters were a rip-off.
We ate here by visiting the city. The food was delicious and our server came was great. I started with the Wedge Salad that was so good that I ate every bite! My friend and I shared the Stuffed Shrimp that was plentiful after my Wedge salad. There were 5 filled shrimps. I also had the grilled vegetables that were perfectly cooked. A great meal and will return to the city next time.

Eating was excellent. best fish and chips ever, crab cake was excellent. make sure to get the tweeper rings and the crab trap cocktail. pierce took care of it.
Do not book a “reservation” through Open Table. It is not an actual reservation and you are subject to the same wait times as everyone else.
this is a super fun place to hang out, drink and enjoy live music. in the night we were, there was no hostility, so it was a bit fought.
The experience was fantastic! We enjoyed the blackened grouper, shrimp creole, and fried shrimp. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

The food is delicious and the casual atmosphere is lively.
