The Original Mel's Diner

We were looking for somewhere to go to lunch and stopped here on a whim. It had been a long time since I've been to a Mel's diner. I couldn't remember how the food was, but I was impressed at the service, the serving size, and the quality of the food we got. The decor is very nice and it was clean inside, and overall is very nostalgic. If you sit up at the diner seats then there are miniature jukeboxes where you can pick a song for a quarter. I highly recommend stopping here if you're looking for some good old Americana feel and feel good food. Very family friendly!

Great place with a old style feel! Staff was super friendly and completely on top of things with awesome service! Food was magnificent! Plenty of options and not to pricey! Love all the old memorabilia and photos throughout restaurant. Breakfast served all day!! I will definitely be back again! Thank you Mel’s Diner of Folsom CA.

How can anyone not love Mel's? My daughter and I really enjoy dinner at Mel's. Service is usually great and the food always both enjoyable plus a good value. Try the Turkey Bacon Cheeseburger they use cheddar a whole wheat bun it's fabulous! Other favorites include the Reuben and the Chicken Club.

For so cal users this place reminds me of Rubys which I happen to love mels does not let down never had a bad experience here and the jukebox s are so cool
