J’ai réservé ma chambre sur booking. Le prix de la nuit était de 125€. Les photos des chambre avait l’air convenable même si le prix est un peu cher pour ce que c’est. Arrivé à l’hôtel le réceptionniste me donne une clefs et me dit que la chambre est au bout du couloir. Au bout de couloir il n’y avais pas la chambre mais deux escaliers à monter avec encore un autre long couloir à passer pour arrriver à la chambre. Je met la carte magnétique mais elle ne passe pas car le réceptionniste ne l’avais pas activer. Du coup je refait l’aller retour et une fois arrivé dans la chambre j’ai étais surpris mais pas de la bonne manière. La chambre n’avais rien à voir avec ce qui étais affiché sur booking....
Not a star rating because I know the importance of the average. Yet very disappointed at this three-night stay at the Atlantica 2022. Not to mention a very ageing hotel, resa done more than three months earlier, with confirmation of arrival the previous week, result the room does not correspond to the reservation, with a coup change of room during the stay...personal and direction little see at all concerned, so not friendly.and to finish in beauty, gross billing error requiring refund. The living room will come back to Niort, but not to Solana. Seriousness is not the priority
Very pleasant and comfortable hotel. The really friendly and welcoming staff, hearty breakfast. A nice surprise, I would watch the hotels Solana closer now.
Room ok clean, comfortable bedding on the other hand very strong smell of cold tobacco, very unpleasant. Breakfast very good
