Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at the Palm Restaurant in Beverly Hills, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the moment we entered, the staff greeted us warmly and attentively. I want to give a special shoutout to Jeff, the manager, for his exceptional attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. The steak and lobsters were cooked perfectly and the sides complemented them well. The service was impeccable, with attentive and knowledgeable staff always ready to assist. The lobster dinner was fantastic. The service was the best. Our waiter Preston was so attentive and so helpful along with Courtney with the hot towels and lemon and Jeffrey greeting us at the door. Made such a wonderful evening. Looking so forward to going back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
