The Paper Mills Pub

We want to take a minute to recommend The Paper Mills in Wandsworth for their roast dinners. We've been 3 times now in groups ranging from 7 to 2 people. Each time the team there have been great very friendly and accommodating. The food is consistently excellent and the meat inparticular is AMAZING. I've got to the point where I pay extra to have both the belly pork and the beef because I don't want to choose either! A big thumbs up from us, we wouldn't shout about somewhere we know couldn't always back it up! Proper country spot with fantastic food and warm atmosphere

we ate here on Tuesday and while it was a nice night that was not eating all that it should be the fish was warm, the crab toast hard. the beef baked were good the service was very bad, as he was not busy and we had to ask about bases our big bark is while we talked at the end of the meal, a scrupulous guy around us began to talk out for his look said he had a job to do us another table, all were surprised not the money sad

This place is awesome and always great service. I made the huge mistake of changing venues so me and the Mrs and our two friends could try elsewhere, The Cuckoo at Alwalton and my word what a dire service we got. Wished we hadn’t changed venues. Straight back to The Paper Mills next time we meet up for Sunday lunch. Sorry for going elsewhere this time.

We had family to visit and wanted to show them a village experience. The paper mills provided good beer, great atmosphere and really good food, the chicken supreme was lovely. Thank you

Staying at nearby Landal Rockingham and all delivery options and shops closed so last minute booking at the pub. Really glad we did as food was delicious and service great
