Stop by Hailey's Harp and Pub for a late lunch just my daughter and I. The bar/dining room was a typical Irish Pub very dark and a bit dingy. Our server was the highlight of the visit. She was extremely friendly and helpful. As far the food it was again typical bar fare, maybe even a bit sub par really nothing special to prompt a return visit. I tried the Ruben Sandwich and I hate to say wasn't very good. Although I would love to give it one more shot considering it was a Wednesday late afternoon but, I don't really see it happening that said I would sadly say I would not recommend Hailey's Harp and Pub to family and friends.
The menu was impressive, offering something for everyone. The shepherd's pie was enormous and full of flavor, and my mother-in-law appreciated that it came without peas as she requested. My husband ordered a stuffed chicken entrée that was excellent. I tried the eggplant tower, which was listed as an appetizer but was substantial enough for a dinner portion. We also ordered two coconut porters that we enjoyed. Our server, Marcos, was knowledgeable and polite, and he made some great suggestions. I look forward to returning the next time I'm in New Jersey.
I really wish I lived closer to this fantastic restaurant! It brings a taste of Dublin right to my neighborhood. The pub looks great both inside and out. There’s an impressive selection of beers and delicious traditional Irish dishes. I enjoyed every moment spent there. The service was excellent from start to finish. My only complaint is that they were missing the County Mayo flag during our visit.
Excellent first time experience. Very enjoyable. Onion soup ,fried calamari, a cheeseburger. All hot great quality. I've been in hospitality business 40 yrs.

This is a lively neighborhood pub that offers great drinks and a welcoming ambiance.
The only negative is the depressing pictures on rhe walls.
Music, great atmosphere, drinks are expensive and small.
