The Parlor Pizzeria

The pizza is really good but that's if their open . There is never anyone there . No one answers the phone and no message saying their hours or that their closed . It's always a crapshoot to see if they'll be open this weekend. It's so sad because it has a lot of potential but the work ethic doesn't seem to be there. Sometimes it's just cash other times you have to use a credit card cause they don't have change . They seem like a great bunch of guys I just don't have it together Yet .

I’m sorry but this place never is open and it’s not due to covid . They constantly don’t have meatballs or other toppings which are on the menu . They are Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. We have tried and tried this place but will not ever again . The pizza was great when opened now it’s very inconsistent all the time .

Been here a handful of times and each time the pizza has been great. Pizza is to go...no dine-in. Usually get a cheese and a pepperoni. The dough is thin and light yet holds toppings well. Sauce has excellent flavor. Worth the trip in my opinion. Take it to go or tailgate in the lot. Billerica is lucky.

Best Pizza in the area. I am a big fan of Ciao in Chelsea, Santarpios in East Boston, Umbertos in the North End, Regina in the North End and now The Parlor in Billerica. Great dough, crust, cheese, and sauce combo. Love it and look forward to going back often. Keep it it up! A SOLID 5

Pizza took over an hour. It was way undercooked. But the pizza has high potential once they work out the kinks that come with new restaurants.
