Stopped here with my family after turtle playground and before heading to the zoo. Great choice! It was a simple, unfussy vibe. Staff was so friendly (we're from out of town and they pointed us towards some STL staples). The food was great and affordable. That Mac and cheese, though! Stellar. I didn't have anything to drink, but by the look of the bar, they had a huge selection. Great for adults and families. Well worth the stop!

My friend and I decided to try this restaurant after attending a Caroling event at the zoo lights. The roasted chicken was absolutely amazing. I opted for potatoes and substituted green beans for another side dish.
