a nice pub where they can get good drinks, decent eating for a good price! we only expected regular pub food, but the food quality and portion exceeded our expectations. If it weren't windy, we would have chosen the outside seats! friendly staff, high quality food! will return to Christmas:

the meals were delicious and the price worth, service was really good. only down it was raining in the evening we went and we couldn't use the beautiful riverside beer garden. I would definitely visit again.

Always a nice meal. Everything is fine that little bit special. Fishfinger sandwich today, I was expecting Birds Eye, but they were home made wedges of thick, flaky cod. Delicious.
