Turned up on spec but was able to get a table for both of us. We ordered from the early bird menu which was £21 for 2 courses £26 for 3) and was genuinely impressed by the food which was really nice. Drinks are a little expensive £3 for a can of coke) but otherwise great value. Pictures inc steak which is a £5 supplement. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Really enjoyed it. Excellent food, great service. It was hard to choose from the standard menu and the specials board changes according to the availability of seasonal ingredients. the separate vegan menu had a choice of 3 starters, 3 netzen and also 3 desserts that made a nice change. the vegan weine were marked on the menu and sold by the glass. friendly and efficient service. we had a very pleasant evening there and will definitely go back.

"Ordered good at 5pm. Told an hour for delivery. Checked why it hadn't arrived at 6.45 to be told our order hadn't gone through till. It would be cooked and sent straight out. It's now 7.40 and still no food."
