Llegamos a la postura alrededor de las 11 de la mañana del domingo. Es un espacio pequeño con ambos interiores (que es un poco apretado) y asientos al aire libre. I am very particular about places that serve breakfast. I have a certain set of expectations, and when they aren't met, I am slightly disappointed. This was one of those days experiences.
We got to The Perch at around 11 on a Sunday morning. It's a small space with both indoor (which is a little cramped) and outdoor seating. We waited in line and placed our order. They do not serve bread with eggs. No, they don't even offer it as a side that you can buy. That didn't make me very happy. We ordered:
Cappuccino
Mocha
Nutella Crepe (This was decent, not the best. The crepe was a bit chewy.)
Sedona (This was nice, the eggs were nicely cooked. It was served with a salad.)

Coffee lattes are wonderful! If you have some time to kill chill, the food is worth the wait. You can sit inside or outdoors and enjoy the sunshine. You go in and order, get a number, someone will bring your beverages food.
Best coffee around for sure. The grits are just AMAZING! We rather come to The Perch than going to the business around the corner literally

The menu looks great. A bit of wait but it was worth it. I enjoyed a savory crepe midday (just before they closed) loved it.
Was filled with bananas and what tasted like chocolate syrup not Nutella : no powdered sugar or drizzle like advertised.
The omelet was fresh, hot and delicious. Would suggest dressing on the side and an option of fruit instead of salad.
Breakfast sandwich was really good. Coffee was excellent. Much better breakfast value than the place next door.
