The burger was black and hard, the bun was rock hard, the fires were reheated, the onion rings were little fired pieces of old onion rings that were cold. Seems all the food was reheated. The manager was rude, saying in the history of the pub, no one has EVER complained about the food even once.

We enjoyed the pub and met a really friendly American barman. However, the manager with a South African accent was incredibly rude and unprofessional, refusing to honour a simple offer. We paid instead at the first time of asking but he continued to be needlessly rude to us.

A great pub, with friendly happy staff. Just what I needed after a hard day’s shopping. Very tasty O.G Burger and a perfect gin and tonic. Will definitely be returning.

My family and I had lovely food and didn't have to wait long. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. No complaints and would definitely go back again.

The best Pub for food in this area. Spite of being very busy service was really good. Highly recommended
