I had a terrible experience at this restaurant last night when myself and 19 other guests arrived for a 21st birthday booking only to be told that there was no reservation. The staff made no effort to resolve the issue and simply told us to find a few tables on our own throughout the venue. I had all the details of the booking, including who I spoke to on the phone, the date and time of the call, and all the information that was provided to me at the time. I even had a conversation with a staff member about bringing a cake and balloons. They even called the staff member I booked with to confirm if the booking was made 2 months prior. A new concept is in town and it’s a surprising and refreshing experience. The menu is short but accurate with a refined touch completely different of what you can taste in Ponta Delgada or even in São Miguel Island. tasty, well presented food with a decent portion size. separate vegan section of the menu with some fair options and a vegan dessert. we tried the burger, nachos and Erdnussbutter cut all really well. the staff was pleasant and helpful. beautiful ambiente and live music on Sunday. I would recommend this place.
