It is crucial for any establishment to prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and attentive service. While I understand that busy times can lead to delays, it is disappointing when basic customer service expectations are not met. The overall experience left me feeling unappreciated, and I am now hesitant to return or recommend The Pint to others. Came out for Paint Night. Wanted to have something to eat prior with a girlfriend so we had a few things to SHARE. Ended up bumping into a couple of other ladies. So of course I asked for a round of drinks (4 drinks) on my tab. When it came to the time for the bill, we made sure to tell the bartender that the food was split between the two of us and the extra drinks I ordered were on my own tab. When he gave us the bill he said “I made it so it was pretty much even for the both of you” .. well no.. it shouldn’t be. The Pint on Whyte is a go-to bar for a fun night out. It sure isn?t fancy, but it is usually open (and before the pandemic it was ALWAYS open, hopefully they return to this in the future). There are extremely aggressive beer specials (think $5 craft draughts), and pretty impressive food specials too. Naturally if you are visiting during prime hours the prices do go up steeply, but that is how a bar makes money. Service is pretty fast and consistent here too, you?re never left waiting for another round. It is also a large place with a massive back room and two outdoor terraces, so if you are coming for a team or group party you won?t have trouble finding places for your guests.
I had a great experience at this restaurant, which has a wonderful atmosphere and excellent service. It's a fantastic spot for watching sports games. I've visited twice now; my first visit was on a Saturday this spring, and it was decent. I ordered the heart-smart dish, and while the chicken and vegetables were flavorful, the rice was overcooked. My second visit was on a Tuesday, and I really enjoyed the musical bingo—had a lot of fun and even won some prizes! I tried the pint burger, which came with pint fries, and it was absolutely delicious. I would definitely order it again!
I went to The Pint to watch the F1 race on Sunday at noon, and I had a fantastic time! There was a separate room dedicated to the event with an excellent sound system. The service and food were both great! I had the brunch sandwich for $10 and a cranberry juice for $3. I really enjoyed my experience here and will definitely return for another F1 race! Plus, there’s free parking on Sundays, so I rate it a solid 10 out of 10!
Hamburger was good, wings are great. Good environment for watching a game but not great for two people wanting to go out for a meal and talk. The very loud people shouting as loud as they coukd at the next table were pretty distracting. Only a few people there at the time so they weren't asked to keep it down. I would probably go back but only if there was a hockey game on I wanted to watch.
Went to the pint to watch the F1 race on Sunday at noon and had a blast! There was a separate room for event with a great sound system. Service and food were great! $10 for the pint brunch sandwich and $3 for cranberry juice. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Will definitely be back again for another F1 race! I always have a fantastic experience here. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is incredible for watching games and UFC matches. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the managers, Duncan, who was wonderful—he had great energy and was attentive to everything. I'll definitely be back for UFC and boxing events.
