Best burger in Westchester hands down. I also like the steak sandwich. The wings are good and there's a great beer selection for tap beers. My only complaint is that they will no longer substitute onion rings for french fries, and make you order a whole side of rings.
The food never disappoints. They have the best burger, onions rings, and bread pudding in Westchester County. It can be a bit of a wait on weekend nights but you can pass time having a drink.
40 years or so and this place hasn't lost a step. Still excellent food and service and that Eastchester Burger never goes out of style. Free parking in the back.

Great place for burgers! You cannot beat the Eastchester burger! The place is intimate and great overall vibe. It can be pretty loud if you go at a busy time.
Piper’s never disappoints, they make the best burgers in Westchester. If you have never been, I recommend the Eastchester which comes with a side of chili.
Piper's kilt is the only Burger joint I go to. I have been going to them for over 25 years. Food has been constantly amazing.
