I attended my sister's company barbecue party today in Laurelton, NY. The food was provided by The Pitstop, which my sister mentioned is their go-to for catering. I tried the pasta salad, potato salad, a piece of fried chicken, grilled vegetables, and a turkey burger. Everything was delicious, but the standout for me was the turkey burger. It looked like a classic turkey burger on a simple bun, but I have to say it was THE BEST turkey burger I have ever tasted! Usually, turkey burgers can be plain and dry, but this one was grilled to perfection and incredibly moist. I didn't even need ketchup or any condiments with it. I wish I could have had another! The restaurant offers a variety of fresh salads, soups, sandwiches, and wraps that are quite tasty. However, I feel that some options could use a bit more flavor; a more neutral base might appeal to a broader audience. That said, I think spicier choices would also be fantastic for those of us who enjoy a little heat. They also have desserts, and the cheesecake I tried seemed homemade and delicious. The staff is very friendly and happy to accommodate custom orders, which is a big plus.
The service was so caring. And we changed our order and added things no problem. The service agent was lovely. And advised us about things that could save us a few pennies. And added enjoyment to the consumption of these lovely Foods. I think they make almost anything you could want with the combos you would get a food at a glorified chicken and burger place. It is the best. Look at their menu you will be taken back to the days of great food. And they make it great too
This place has good food. A little expensive, but it is worth eating and the part. The employees have very s attitudes as if they did not want to get to work. You do not check the address to ensure that they have the right address, and that is when they remember to take your address for delivery. Very rude and respectful woman and man answers the phone. A very bad experience I will not order from here again and the food was really good

Wanted to try a new place, so I stopped by pitstop. This place brings an old school feel with it's decor. The counter person was very nice and polite. I ordered some spicy wings and fries which were great. The wings were seasoned well all the way through. I would recommend you stop by and try them out. They also have fresh cooked food here as well, with the chefs right where you can see them working. Very nice place.
Quaint clean wide array of daily specials ie. Shrimp burger (who knew). I was looking for a burger. There buns are truth. The patty should be bigger to balance bun and condiments in kett tom onion etc. Onion rings are BUST!!!FRIES ALSO when they don't need salt that is confirmation. I wanted my burger piping and juicy, it wasn't I will definitely verbalize that request. I will return BIGGIE GIMME 1 MORE CHANCE.
This place I worked in the area. In any case, will come back to try other dishes. I had ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and made it a combo with frits and drinking. $12 for a high quality grilled chx sandwich combo. Everything was good. Friendly and fast service.
This year, the portion sizes for the fillings have become quite disappointing. The shrimp and avocado wrap barely had any shrimp in it, and the lobster roll I had earlier in the year was just a pale comparison to what it used to be.

An amazing restaurant! Everything made to order! The food was out of this world! No wonder they qualified to be featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives! Can't wait to go back and try something else! The owners are awesome!!
The Salmon Salad was so big and delicious! And their staff?s hospitality is also nice. It?s a self-service style restaurant but I love and recommend it. :D
