Terrible customer service and horrible pizza. I ordered a chicken Alfredo pizza last night. I live about 30 minutes away. When I got home to eat the pizza was soooo salty. we couldn't even eat it. it tasted as if someone had poured a whole box of salt on there. when I went to pick up the pizza the young lady behind the counter was more interested in the game that she was watching on TV rather than providing service. I will not visit this location again.
The pizza at this restaurant is fantastic. The overall experience was great, although they were only offering curbside or pickup options due to the virus. I really enjoyed the pizza, but my only criticism is that the toppings on the supreme were so thick that the onions didn't get fully cooked. Despite that, both the supreme and carnivore pizzas were amazing. I will definitely be stopping by again next time I'm in the area.
I ordered 2 large pizzas for my family. I told the lady over the phone more than two times that I wanted one large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and one large sausage pizza, half lite black olives on one side. I got the pepperoni pizza and I got a cheese pizza with what seems like triple amount of black olives on one side and no sausage on any of it.

This is the best pizza I've ever had, loaded with an incredible amount of toppings! The place is clean and well-organized, though it lacks a specific theme or atmosphere. However, that doesn't detract from the experience at all.
Come visit Pizza Shack on Hwy 80 in Pearl, located near Harbor Freight. Sit down with your family and enjoy a delicious and satisfying pizza or sub sandwich.
Place was not clean. Tables were sticky. The pizza dough was not cooked all the way. Staff couldn't be bothered pizza was over priced for what was received.
