I took my daughter to the birthday and her 3 children my wife. the greeting was good and the order was taken very quickly. the rest of the party had decent meal times, but both of mine were terrible. I never have to return two meal times in succession to any restaurant! my ribs looked like they were brown, the BBQ sauce was all dried up and this was also noticeable by the rest of the party. I started eating them and soon discovered that the meat was completely dry. Some ripening that I have ever had somewhere else, fall off the bone, as they should be, but even resist being separated from the bone with a steak knife. the waiter agreed easily to take them back, I even showed them to the floor...
What an absolute tremendous experience! My faith in Hospitality has been restored! I stayed here on business and for easy access to the NEC a few weeks ago. Now I’m one of those customers that is fussy with my food, not because I’m arrogant but...because I have a variety of food intolerances that limit what I can actually eat or be doubled over in pain. Usually when I ask for a description of what’s in the food I get a blank look and the words muttered “I’ll ask the Chef” usually they don’t want to know or want to take the risk which to be honest I don’t blame them. I and my friend, went for something to eat and good catch up as I haven't seen her much since I got the new baby! the eating was amazing, but the place is so restless, it is ready to decorate and spruce! the waitress was...nice enough not very redigatiw, I could not remember her names, but she was quiet young dark haare. what the manager who is on the go with her toes, I mean, they come, it should be a rule about this serve people go in and out the kitchen with flip-flops on it is not very professional, she also has not very good people skills, I honestly don't know how they might think a manager new their team! My partner and I recently visited to have drink and as the Plough is local to us we decided to try it. Its a lovely size pub with a nice range of food and drinks available for affordable prices. On the evening we were served...by a lovely lady called Rukzhana who was very warm and welcoming and took time out to chat with us. I would definitely recommend visiting with partner, family or friends as it really does cater to all. We look forward to our next visit

Myself and my family went for a family meal. Lovely service well looked after by all the staff nothing was too much trouble . The manager even came and checked in with us too make sure everything was as should be , how nice.
here with some colleagues during the stay in the opposite, staff very friendly and attentive. the chef was not so great that eating was cooked to a basic standard and very tasteless.
came here last night with my family. beautiful staff and eating. sarah made us welcome before we ate in the restaurant. recommend this place
