Meals were delivered to our outdoor (but under cover) tables in the Southbank parklands with views of the river and gardens. The music that was a bit more than background but seemed tp dull over time, allowing conversation. The steak/steak sandwich and two kinds of calamari presented were all well received. Best steak ever! We popped it unplanned for the Wednesday $20 special after visiting the Queensland museum with my partner ,son and baby. First steak in Australia cooked to perfection. The green peppercorn sauce with the steak was good too.The fries were perfect as well just the perfect amount of salt. Also the honey mustard sauce on the salad was divine! Best value for money ,I mean steak and a pint for $20, can’t get better than that. Staff was very accommodating with my lawful reason not wearing a mask and that just made it better. Food was so so good loved the ribs for $20! Service was poor though and really took the shine off the meal. We were asked to use the app to order, so we did. 20 mins later, no drinks. I had to go to the bar myself and get it. I'm fairly sure they didn't process the order from the app. 40 mins after we'd ordered we got the food. They weren't that busy and I needed to go ask about where the food was. We'll give it another try, but hopefully their systems improve.
They were absolutely under the pump Saturday night and still got our meals out for a table of 10 very close together. Great staff, great food and a really good atmosphere. I truly hope the tip actually goes to the wait staff cos they were amazing. Also they didn't ask me how my meal was, while I had a mouth full of it. So always an extra star for that.

Nice atmosphere. Staff friendly and helpful. No lifts or change tables for kids/parents with strollers. Had chips and they were really nice. They had chicken salt however this seemed to be clumped rather than dusted on all chips. The chips were still really yummy though.
Great place to meet up with friends for a drink. Wonderful selection of tasty, affordable meals and share platters and the staff were really welcoming and friendly. Definitely will be back again.
Great place for a meal in South Bank. Check out there Wednesday $20 specials and get a free beer or wine. Great food in a great location. Friendly staff couldn't recommend highly enough
Cereally this place has the best food. The ribs are astounding and the steaks are brilliant. Great range of beers and plenty of stuff to appeal to those food board wankers

Love the buffalo wings. Very wet and more blue cheese sauce would be good but still so good. Very spicy. Good bear and good atmosphere. Definitely repeat customer.
We stopped in for a few beers and had a great time on Saturday afternoon. Good crowd atmosphere. Great place to people watch and the markets were buzzing too!
