The dining experience was absolutely fantastic. Every dish we ordered was delicious, expertly prepared with high-quality ingredients. Each meal was bursting with flavor, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried. The portions were generous, making it excellent value for money. Additionally, the service was friendly and prompt. Even when we ordered later in the evening, we never felt rushed to make our choices, and every staff member was personal and accommodating. This is a beautifully renovated guest house that showcases a wonderful attention to detail. The menu and drink selections are thoughtfully curated. The food is expertly prepared, and the presentation is outstanding. It strikes a perfect balance—sophisticated without being overly complicated, showcasing fresh, high-quality local ingredients. The wine list features selections from nearby vineyards, and you'll also find local spirits like those from Silent Pool. The neighboring shop is a delightful addition. Had a booking for 16 people on Saturday night. Started in the bar where there is a lovely atmosphere a great range of gins, beers bubbles. Moved into the barn to find a beautifully laid table and was served a delicious 3 course meal. We were very well looked after in our private room by Becky and her attentive staff. All agreed it is a great venue to be highly recommended.

Beautifully refurbished and renovated country pub. The Plough still has a great drinking bar and fab menu with all the usual pub favourites and yummy seasonal specials. All food sourced locally. warm friendly with fresh, tasty foods (highly recommend the sharing plows platter turbid zider after a long walk! plus becky smiled at us, although we were half an hour before the opening time! definately will return to promise more of the menu, not 'gatecrash' next time thanks!

We visited this restaurant and enjoyed beautiful rooms with beds that felt like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. The food was delicious, and the service was friendly during both dinner and breakfast. We also appreciated the good beer and apple wine on tap.

Stayed here for one night this weekend whilst mountain biking in the area. Beautiful room, amazing food, brilliant helpful staff. A lovely treat and change from what we usually do which is stay in our campervan when riding the Surrey Hills :

Top pub. Tolerate (very) muddy mtb riders and looked to be dog friendly to. Shop next door carries tools to help fix bikes. Food looked lovely.Selection of good ales. Definitely recommend and will return. Great place ! Reserva una mesa ahora

Wow. What a find this place was. Lovely place, Lovely beer, Lovely food and a great night sleep as well. Staff was lovely and I will be going back again very soon.

A lovely pub with a great menu and great staff highly recommend a visit and the turkey with cranberry sandwiches with a pint of Advent Ale
