Worked in the kitchen for 10 years, besides all the Cooks smoking cigarettes inside the kitchen and drinking on the job, if anyone knew how bad the hygiene and food sanitation standards were they would never eat a crumb of this places food, spotted several rats and mice running around they tended to hide and burrow into the freezer where the sweet potato fries and mozza sticks were kept and the owners always played it off until i showed them a video of a large rat running across the floor, they also served bagged precut chemical soaked French fries for decades and passed them off as fresh cut fries, they laid several employees off after covid and released them without severance, probably one...

Had lunch with the family. Fantastic french fries, some of the best I have ever had. No fault of the restaurant, but the club sandwich I had had the bacon I am finding everywhere. Way too salty and WAY too smoky. I mean, I LOVE bacon a lot, but the bacon many places are serving is downright gross. Nice place, great staff, amazing selection of beer. And fantastic fries. Would definitely go back. Price per person: CA$10–20

Great friendly pub! Haven't been here in 30 years and decided to walk in with a friend. Glad we did! Decent prices and good food! Red wine cheap. We're sold! Will be back for sure!
