The Pulteney Arms - Reserva de mesa

We had an excellent lunch here on Saturday. We are keen to search out pubs that offer good food and beer and that 's exactly what was provided at the Poulteney Arms. It was served with care and friendliness, The interior layout and decoration felt unchanged from previous generations of city pubs, so that sense of being in a 'timewarp ' was a treat too.

Friendly pub , friendly staff and friendly drinkers. Food was good but first glass of wine was grim it came from the bottom of a bottle which presumably had been open too long) . Second glass was much better.
