What a cool experience ! We started off with some amazing appetizers. The cauliflower and injera rolls were amazing ! For main courses we got some of the Ethiopian specialties and a fettuccine alfredo. The Ethiopian main was not our favorite to be completely honest. It may have been because the chef left early that day but it just didn’t taste good at all in my opinion. The fettuccine alfredo was actually phenomenal, I would come back just for the Ethiopian influenced Italian dishes ! Lastly what is holding this review to 4 stars is the phenomenal dessert. I think this is one of my top 5 desserts in Dallas now. It was to die for ! Lastly, the staff and service are hands down the best you can...

Authentic Ethiopian Food! They serve delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. They have a traditional way of serving the food and the menu explains clearly the way it will be served. The ambiance was good. They did not have multiple options on their lunch menu. But the menu options were fairly large plates with multiple items on them. So you do get a chance to try well-varied flavors of authentic Ethiopian food. This is my husband's go-to place for injera. This time we tried their vegan combo with vegetables, beets, and spicy lentils, their red lentils curry was yummy and the spice was at the right level. Queen of sheba is just eating good! it is Ethiopian farewell with some Italian options. they give them the history of Italian options when they ask. everything is delicious and the service is great. great to try if they have never had Ethiopian food or if they have and are looking for a new place! We went for lunch, Joe was so helpful with the menu. I ordered the slow cooked lamb, vegetables, beets, and spicy lentils, the spice was perfect. 8 was so full, I couldn't finish. I got an iced coffee to go, by far, it was one of the top ten coffees of my life.

We had a lovely evening here. The food was healthy without giving up any flavor. The proprietor was on site which always makes me feel more comfortable. The staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Phenomenal customer service!!!!! I'll give the food an overall 4-stars! I think my absolute favorite was the Sabucha, Zucchini Fritte the Homemade Marina!!!!! I forgot to order the bread pudding to-go, but I'll get that next time.
