The R&a World Golf Museum

I have never encountered such rudeness as I experienced from the exceptionally unpleasant shop manager, Jeanette. The three other staff members at the tills were kind and patient with our group of schoolchildren, while she berated them and snatched items from their hands, falsely accusing them of theft despite them having receipts for their purchases. She also harshly denied a 10-year-old child access to the restroom, claiming we were not customers, even though all the children were excited to be in the shop and planned to buy souvenirs, not just browse. Went to the cafe and paid too much for a very small tea and coffee that were dripping out of the tiny cups. When I went to use the bathroom the woman wouldn’t let me because I didn’t have a table. Which literally does not matter as I was obviously a paying customer. Additionally she neglected to tell me there were public restrooms just outside. Nice friendly staff, NOT. Will not return, super annoying and arbitrary.

I visited the shop yesterday and was appalled by the way the manager treated a group of polite schoolchildren and their teacher in the gift shop. Her behavior was unreasonably rude, so I decided to leave before spending any money at that establishment.

This is a lovely restaurant with fascinating exhibits showcasing the history of golf. The modern halls create a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a great experience. Reserva una mesa ahora

If you visit St. Andrews, you must visit the R&A museum. I learned much about the history. Even got to putt with a 1800s putter n ball.

Lovely views, limited menu for morning, no bacon rolls ETC. only scones. Toilets too far from restaurant, need to be on same floor.

Always wanted to visit St. Andrews, the museum is fantastic well worth a visit
