The Railway - Reserva de mesa

Aww what has happened to this pub/restaurant?? they had an amazing chief and the food was just fantastic, They really did stand out from the rest. Now sadly just another sky sports pub, we turned up on our anniversary and it was completely different. There were different menus at the bar and then the staff said oh we don't do food really on a Friday night, just chips. I said I saw a sign up for a burger and chips. Then oh we could do that too!! So we left and went else where for our anniversary. A massive shame and the staff really need to update their website as it's still advertising the old menu and the old owner and what the pub used to offer. Gutting won't be returning unless it changes...

The restaurant doesn't quite match the photos; it was once a charming and bustling place, but now it feels more like a workman's pub. The atmosphere is dominated by sports television, and there were unsupervised children running around. The server who helped us was delightful and seemed to be doing everything herself. Unfortunately, there were two vacuum cleaners prominently placed in the room, which detracted from the experience. The meal itself was basic but enjoyable; however, had we known what the place was like, we probably wouldn't have chosen to go in. While it's decent enough, we won't be returning.

This pub has a rather rough vibe, with individuals hanging around outside smoking, yelling, and eyeing everyone who enters. It felt overly rowdy, so we decided to leave instead of staying. It's clear that the photos and earlier reviews were from a different time, as the place no longer resembles what was described. I sincerely hope that potential visitors check the most recent reviews before coming here. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

drove 15 miles to take my mother to the railway inn to her birthday after she heard so good reviews of different people and not disappointed. eating was absolutely amazing. I will definitely return and recommend it to others. Reserva una mesa ahora

Caution: The pub has completely transformed from the charming restaurant it once was! While it's fine for a drink, their website still promotes the same menu as before, which is misleading. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The staff were friendly, the music was enjoyable, and there was a lovely outdoor seating area. Overall, it’s a great local pub. Price per person: £10–20. Service: 5/5. Atmosphere: 5/5.
