On recent visit went to try this place out....what a mistake. The waitress took our drink orders shortly after we were seated. and when drinks arrived we ordered our meals. Then we sat for 1 1/2 hours with nothing. She never returned to the table....She never even offered a second drink!! Not even an attempt to explain the ridiculous delay. We went to the bar and told the man there of our dissatisfaction and were told he was sure she would return soon....really!! The restaurant was not full at the time. We advised him that if there was not service of some sort in 15 minutes we would leave.No reponse. So in 15 minutes we went back to the bar and paid for the drinks and left. As we were leavin...
from the raven for a quiet to a gentle Tuesday night. there were approx. 10 more patrons. service was prompt and drinks served with a smile. our food order, a simple pasta dish and a chicken sandwich (no...apps) quickly forward and half an hour, not eating. a courtesy apology of the real server, but no satisfactory explanation. Finally we donated our moms and masks and continued to find our server to advise that we clean .sans food! he smiled and apologized, I pressed a few words and asked them to be shared with the kitchen. he smiled and said he would, my $38 bill for three drinks and we left!
Great atmosphere, wonderful service from a man named Mitchell (who also brought a great music playlist to the restaurant ; , food was very good and prices were reasonable. Service was amazing, food was amazing, drinks were amazing, atmosphere was amazing! Really there wasn’t anything I could find wrong with our entire experience. Absolutely loved the menu and how many gluten-free and vegan options there were! Will most definitely be visiting again!
