The Rawbar Restaurant Sushi

In recent years we have been in the raw bar several times. It was a good experience every time...mind you, they are busy...often. Sometimes something comes back, but they were always great. The staff was nice and helpful and the food is always good. Reservation is highly recommended! Make it online, it's easy. Unlike nigiri or sashimi, the menu is rather not traditional. Rolls with unusual combos and strong aromas. I like the stuff, so I'm in. If you want to experience a super traditional Japanese restaurant, this is probably not your place. If you are open to new flavors and ideas, but still want high-quality fish, this is your place.

We had a great experience tonight with dinner here after a long day of orientation at chico state. I left my phone on the table on the way out. The young man serving water and clearing table ran up the street after me to return my phone. Thank you

Everything's sooo fresh. The roles are unique in the most amazing way. My husband had the Beef pastel dish and was quite happy, even if too much salt, only for his taste. But he'll order it again. Erin, our server, was very nice and attentive.

One of the best sushi restaurants I've ever been. The food is killer and the flavors are on point. The oyster shooter with a quail egg is a must try. Thanks to all amazing employees for your great service.

Some if I've eaten the best sushi for a long time. Our server Erin was great and very intuitive. I can't wait to return. Thanks Rawbar for a great birthday dinner!!!
