I have reserved for my man and my high-time day for the silvester fixed price menu. I specifically asked myself on the phone after I had booked whether alcohol was part of the set menu and leave them the person I spoke with that I did not drink, and I was sure that all alcohol was not included with the meal, but could be ordered for an additional cost. When I arrived at dinner, I was told that prosecco was included in the special event menu, and as soon as I told the server that we would not need one, she has thrown away the flöteglasses and no non-alc alternative offered. the water we got to drink was warm, we had apparently another server on our table every time someone checks on us, and I...
super slower service to start. 40 minutes wait to get ordered drinks. the turkey dinner and the fish dinner were ordered. nothing in the menu indicated that the fished with sweets came that had a spicy sauce with them that my mother could not eat. the fish looked raw, although we were insured that he only looked out of the veins, the truthahn came out of the cranberry sauce, so the experience was not the best, but we have tipp good, but probably not back. the service was better than the night progress that was beautiful, but too many things with the meal itself did not make the experience worth the price. it is not that the price was a point of interest and it is not, but meal times should a...
My family and I went to the Civic for their holiday special and overall the experience was okay! We had squash soup, the swordfish and crème brûlée. The soup and the crème brûle were great but I did not like main the swordfish was oversalted and overcooked imo. The service however was great and so was the venue! The waiter was attentive and nice and always made sure to check in w us. And for that very reason, I’ll prob give it another shot next time!
mixed feelings. chicken stable was bred under the season and discovered that it was raw at the bone. lachs was also underseasoned. sea bass and vegetables on all plates were well cooked and seasoned. we were disappointed that there was only one dessert choice (a cheese plate is not dessert). the server was cheerful and very good. she arranged for the uncooked huh. Just meh. Service pleasant but snoozy even with two people occasionally checking in (but not coordinating). Wine never topped up once. Food priced ok but generally small portions. Hanger steak cooked correctly; however, served cold with a chilled lump of butter on top incapable of melting given the temp. Lound, shouting customers.
The food was great. Had the seabass and it was cooked to perfection. Would have liked to have seen more veggies/side with it. But otherwise delicious. Service was impeccable. The young lady she mentioned studying journalism did a fantastic job. Friendly. Attentive. Great reco on the food.
